A horse with no name　　　　America

On the first part¹ of the journey
I was² looking at all the life
There were plants and birds and rocks and things
There was sand and hills and rings
The first thing I met was a fly with a buzz
And the sky with no clouds
The heat³ was hot and the ground⁴ was dry
But the air was full of sound

I've been through the desert⁵ on a horse with no name
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert you can remember your name

After two days in the desert sun
My skin⁶ began to turn red
After three days in the desert fun
I was looking at a riverbed
And the story it told of a river that flowed
Made me sad to think it was dead⁷

After nine days I let the horse run free
Cause the desert had turned to sea
There were plants and birds and rocks and things

The ocean is a desert with its life underground
And a perfect disguise above
Under the cities lies a heart made of ground
But the humans will give no love

旅程中的第一段
我注视着所有的生命

晴空万里无云
热气蒸腾，地面干涸
但天空中充满了声响

我骑着一匹没有名字的马横越沙漠
走出雨中的感觉真好
在沙漠里，你可以记起自己的名字
因为没有人会带给你痛苦

经过两日沙漠烈日的曝晒
我的皮肤变红了
经过三日有趣的沙漠旅行
我望着河床
它诉说着一个河水流过的故事
令我悲伤，心想它已死去

九天后，我放走了这匹马
因为沙漠已成汪洋

地上则是完美的伪装
