authority n. [房] 授权　
　　The　right　of　an　agent,　conferred　by　his　principal,　to　bind¹　the　principal　in　dealings　with　third　parties.
　　委托人授予经纪人与第三方交涉的权力。

authority　bond [特] 政府债券　
　　A　corporate²　or　government　bond　issued　in　order　to　run　a　revenue-generating　public　enterprise　and　payable³　from　the　resulting　revenue.
