The office space will be used to establish the company's headquarters, the newspaper said. The purchase was funded by a bank loan and personal borrowings from chairman Hui, the newspaper said     中文：世茂中国斥4,910万港元香港会展设总部 世茂中国(649.HK)表示, 该公司已斥资4,910万港元, 购入香港 湾仔会展中心写字楼单位, 用作其总部。 该公司又指, 有关金额将全数以贷款支付, 其中70%为银行贷款, 30%为主席许荣茂的股东 贷款。
