United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) World Investment Report 2015, released on Wednesday, revealed that China became the world's largest recipient¹ of FDI in 2014, with inflows reaching $129 billion, a 3.7 percent increase compared to 2013.

联合国贸易和发展会议24日发布了《2015世界投资报告》，《报告》称，2014年流入中国的外国直接投资达1290亿美元，较上年增长3.7%，中国成为全球最大的外资流入国。

 

“外资流入国”可以用recipient of FDI / FDI recipient表示。FDI是foreign direct investment的缩写，指外国直接投资或外商直接投资。Recipient指接受者，如金马奖获奖者（Golden Horse Award recipient），某种器官的移植受者可以用transplant recipient表示。

 

《报告》称，全球FDI流入量（global FDI inflows）2014年显著下降16%，这已经接近2009年以来的最低点，显示了全球经济的脆弱性（fragility of the global economy），投资者面临的政策不确定性（policy uncertainty² for investors）增多，以及一些地区地缘政治风险加大（increased geopolitical risks）的影响。从分区域数据来看，发展中经济体尤其是亚洲发展中经济体在外资流入，以及对外投资方面的表现依然强于发达经济体。流入发达国家的FDI持续低迷（the protracted³ decrease in FDI inflows to developed economies），全年下降了28%。
