thrisis 成年危机

A thrisis usually occurs between the ages of 26 and 32, and is that final push into adulthood¹. It describes the feeling of anxiety that crept into our own lives as we left our 20s and hit the big 30, a period of time when we're not young enough to be young and not old enough to be old.

Thrisis（成年危机）常见于26到32岁之间，是真正进入成年期之前的最后一个阶段。“成年危机”描述的是我们在告别20年华直奔30岁月时的焦虑心情，这个年龄段的人们通常都属于“不算太小，又不算太大”的人群。

 

Thrisis这个词其实就是three和crisis两个词的混成形式，这样的结合表达出了人们临近3字头年龄时的危机感。
