China's administration of Industry and Commerce issued a draft refund1 policy for online shopping on Wednesday. The policy was issued to solicit2 public opinion.
工商总局周三（9月27日）发布网购退货办法草案，向社会公开征求意见。
 
The draft lays out that customers can refund products purchased online within seven days. The customer can return products without giving reason and they must be responsible for the return shipping3 fee.
草案规定，消费者网购商品七天之内可以无理由退货，但是要承担退货运费。
 
此次七天无理由退货办法涉及的不仅是网络购物（online shopping），经营者采用电视、电话、邮购等方式销售商品（TV shopping, telephone shopping and postal4 shopping），也参照本办法执行。
