Mansplaining 男人说教

Mansplaining is a portmanteau of the words man and explaining, defined as "to explain something to someone, typically a man to woman, in a manner regarded as condescending¹ or patronizing." 

“男人说教”是英文单词“男人”和“解释说明”两个词的合成词，指的是“向别人，通常为男性向女性，解释某件事情，而且是以一副居高临下的姿态”。

 

Mansplaining refers to explain in a patronizing manner, assuming total ignorance on the part of those listening. 

“男人说教”的意思是以居高临下的说教姿态向对方解释某事，以为对方完全无知。
