　　China Council for the Promotion1 of International Trade：

　　The State Council approves the renaming of the Maritime2 Arbitration3 Commission of your Council as the China Maritime Arbitration Commission. The existing relationship of its subordination remains4 unchanged.

　　The Arbitration Rules of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission shall be amended5 by your Council in accordance with China's laws and the international treaties concluded or acceded6 to by China and with reference to international practice， and then promulgated7 for implementation8 after adoption9 by your Council. Hereafter， any amendments to the Arbitration Rules shall be made by your Council's own decision
