　　China Council for the Promotion1 of International Trade：

　　The State Council approves the renaming of the Foreign Economic and Trade Arbitration2 Commission of your Council as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The existing relationship of its subordination remains3 unchanged and its scope of handling cases covers all disputes arising from international economic and trade transactions.

　　The Arbitration Rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission shall be amended4 by your Council in accordance with China's laws and the international treaties concluded or acceded5 to by China and with reference to international practice， and then promulgated6 for implementation7 after adoption8 by your Council. Hereafter， any amendments9 to the Arbitration Rules shall be made by your Council's own decision.
