TV face is a condition in which a person's face becomes too relaxed from starting the same thing too long (watching TV).

电视脸是一个人看同一个电视节目看太久而变得太过松弛的脸部表情。

Symptoms are: open mouth, dropped jaw¹, eyes glazed² over and occasional drooling.

电视脸的特征是：嘴张开，下巴下垂，目光呆滞，有时候还会有口水滴下来。

Example:

I don't think he heard a thing I said. He has total TV face right now.
