British choreographer¹ Matthew Bourne's dance drama "Swan Lake" will be staged six times from Sept. 5-8 at the Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Center.

His "Swan Lake" is best known for using men in roles that have traditionally been played by women.

Bourne's award-winning version debuted² in 1995 and has been frequently performed at London's West End and New York's Broadway. It met audiences in Shanghai in 2014.
