"Spider-Man: Far from Home," the latest installment¹ of the Marvel² Cinematic Universe, will hit Chinese theatres on Friday.

"Far From Home," the sequel to 2017's "Spider-Man: Homecoming," sees Peter Parker attempting to come to terms with the monumental, galaxy-defining events of "Avengers: Infinity³ War" and "Avengers: Endgame," while longing⁴ for a return to his days as a friendly neighborhood superhero.

Filmgoers here in China are going to be the first to see the film in its general release.

It's not due to hit theaters in the United States until July 2nd.
