西伯利亚发生坠机事故 12人死亡

Twelve people have now died after a passenger plane crashed as it came in to land in northern Siberia on Monday, the Russian authorities have said.

俄罗斯官员表示，本周一一架客机在西伯利亚北部地区降落的时候发生坠机事故，目前已造成12人死亡。

A passenger died in hospital from his injuries early on Tuesday.

Three crew members out of 15 people on the plane were pulled alive from the wreckage¹（残骇） and remain in hospital.

The Antonov-24 twin turboprop（涡轮螺旋桨发动机） belonging to the Katekavia airline had been approaching the airport in the city of Igarka.

"The plane was flying from Krasnoyarsk to Igarka and crashed 700m from the runway as it came in to land," ministry² spokeswoman Irina Andriyanova told the Rossiya-24 television news channel.

Eleven passengers and four crew members were on board the aircraft.

The cause of the crash remains³ unknown, and rescue workers are now looking for the plane's flight recorders.
