认购： 申请购买新发行的股票、债券或其他证券。如果投资人所申购的总股数等于或超过发行量，就称为全部认购或超额认购（在超额的情况下）。如果申购的股票数不抵发行数，就称认购不足。
Subscribe¹: To apply to buy shares, bonds other securities that have been newly issued. If the total number of shares for which investors² have applied³ equals or exceeds the amount on offer, the issue is said to be fully⁴ subscribed⁵ or oversubscribed (in the case an excess). If the applications do not cover the shares on offer, the issue is undersubscribed.
