M: I know there are freestyle, back-stroke, breast-stroke, butterfly and dolphin.

J: What's the advantage of freestyle?

J: 自由泳有什么好处？

M: Swimming freestyle can build your shoulder muscles.

M: 自由泳可以锻炼你肩部的肌肉。

J: It  sounds great. Do you know the order of medley¹ relays?

J: 听起来不错，你知道混合泳接力赛的顺序吗？

M: Yes. In medley relays, each swimmer swims one stroke for the set distance; the order is back-stroke, breast-stroke, butterfly and freestyle.
