全国人民代表大会关于设立中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区的决定

　　In accordance with the provisions of Article 31 and sub-paragraph 13 of Article 62 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China， the First Session of the Eighth National People's Congress decides：

　　1. The Macao Special Administrative¹ Region is to be established on December 20， 1999.

　　2. The area of the Macao Special Administrative Region covers the Macao Peninsula， Taipa Island and Coloane Island. The map of the administrative division of the Macao Special Administrative Region will be published by the State Council separately.
