Arbitrage¹　Trading　Program　(ATP) [证] 套汇交易理论
　　A　program　used　to　simultaneously²　place　orders　for　stock　index　futures³　and　the　underlying⁴　stocks.　The　ATP　attempts　to　exploit　price　variations　(Market　Arbitrage).　
　　同时买入股票指数期货及相关股份的交易计划，旨在从差价中获利（市场套汇）

arbitrageur　 n. [证] 套利者
　　One　who　engages　in　arbitrage.　Also　called　arbitrager.
　　是指从事套利活动的人。

arbitration⁵ n. [房] 仲裁
　　An　alternative　dispute　resolution　method.　Allows　an　objective　third　party　to　settle　disputes　between　parties　without　resorting　to　court.　Binding⁶　arbitration　involves　the　parties　agreeing　to　be　bound　by　the　decision　of　the　arbitrator.　
　　解决争端的一种选择方法，允许在不诉求法庭的情况下由客观的第三方解决争端。有约束力的仲裁须由各方同意受仲裁人决定的约束。对争议的非正式听证，其间一组由公正委员会选出的人士（一般为三名）对争议作出裁判。在做出判决会，不设进一步上诉的机制

arbitrator n. [银] 仲裁者
　　A　private,　neutral　person　chosen　to　arbitrate　a　disagreement,　as　opposed　to　a　court　of　law.　
　　被挑选来仲裁分歧的中立的个人，与法庭相对。

　　Simple　average,　equal　to　the　sum　of　all　values　divided　by　the　number　of　values.
