　　Short-term　financing　which　is　expected　to　be　paid　back　relatively¹　quickly,　such　as　by　a　subsequent　longer-term　loan.　Also　called　swing　loan　or　bridge　financing.　
　　预期很快会收回的短期融资，例如可通过一个相继的长期贷款收回。又叫回旋贷款或过桥融资　。

broad　money　　 [银] 广义货币
　　One　measure　of　the　money　supply　that　includes　M1,　plus　savings³　and　small　time　deposits,　overnight　repos　at　commercial　banks,　and　non-institutional　money　market　accounts.　
　　货币供应量的一种计量方法，包括M1加上储蓄存款和小额定期存款，商业银行隔夜回购协议和非机构货币市场帐户。

　　An　index　designed　to　reflect　the　movement　of　the　entire　market.

broad-based　weighted　average [分] 广泛基础加权平均
　　An　anti-dilution　provision　used　for　the　benefit　of　existing　preferred　shareholders⁴　when　additional　offerings　are　made　by　the　corporation.　The　broad-based　weighted　average　accounts　for　all　equity⁵　previously⁶　issued　and　currently　undergoing　issue.
