　　二级预测(Possible): 意识形态类(抽象话题类)  
入选理由：这是根据2006年的类似情况(连续两次考教育类)所做的预测。2006年6月－7月也出现过连续考教育类话题的情况(也是两次)，接下来考的就是意识形态话题(早期的科学技术和现代科技哪个对人类的生活影响更大)。
