There was¹ a lady from the countryside² who came³ to the city and checked into a hotel. Then she said⁴ to the bellman, "I refuse to take a tiny⁵ room like this, with no window and no bed in it! You can't treat⁶ me like a fool⁷ just because I don't travel⁸ much! I'm going⁹ to complain¹⁰ to the manager¹¹!"

So the bellman said very politely¹², "Madam,this isn't your room. It's the elevator¹³!"
