英国控告6名恐怖疑犯

　　British authorities have charged six men in connection with anti-terror raids conducted earlier this month in south and east London, according to Scotland Yard.

　　据伦敦警察厅消息，英国当局对本月早些时候在伦敦南部和东部反恐大搜捕行动中逮捕的6人提出控告。

　　Initially¹ 14 men were arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terror late on September 1 and early on September 2. Since that time, four other men have been charged in connection with the raids and two others have been released without charge.

　　Two more men remain in custody² but have not yet been charged.

　　The six charged Wednesday are expected in court Thursday morning. They were identified as Muhammad Al-Figari, 42；Atilla Ahmet, 42；Kadar Ahmed, 19；Moussa Brown, 40；Saloum Joh, 21；and a 17-year-old who was not named because of his age.

　　Police allege³ that Ahmet on several occasions urged people in his presence to commit acts of terrorism. Joh is alleged⁴ to have illegally possessed⁵ a firearm.

　　Brown is alleged to have provided weapons training, and the three remaining suspects are alleged to have attended weapons training sessions.

　　None of the 14 is suspected of any connection with the alleged plot to blow up trans-Atlantic airline flights, a plot exposed by British police in August.
