(BEIJING, March 5) -- Starting today, the official website of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, will enroll¹ a total of 2008 Honorary Official Website Visitors as part of a campaign to mark the 500-day countdown to the Olympics.

The countdown falls on March 27. Any web user who sends their best wishes for the Olympics to the official website or the website of SOHU company will have the opportunity to become one of the official website's Honorary Visitors. The said websites are designated to promote the countdown celebrations from March 5, 2007.

The year 2007 is crucial for the preparation of the Olympic Games, and more and more people want to take part in the event and share the Olympic joy.
