From Feb. 28 to March 1, 2006, National Copy right Conference was held in Beijing. More than 100 representatives from provinces, autonomous¹ regions, municipality directly under the Central Government, key city, local administrative² departments of copyright, legislation and judiciary, and industry associations took part in the Conference. Long Xinmin, Director of General Administration of Press and Publication and head of National Copyright Administration, made an important report at the Conference.
