A person of the state of Song ran a wine store. The wine was very good, and was fairly priced, and he was very kind to other people. But there was very few customers coming to his store.
So later his wine became sour（酸的，发酵的）. The wine store boss was so worried about this and went to consult a senior named Yang Qian.
Yang told him, "The dog you keep is so fierce, people are afraid of being bitten by it. So they won't come to your store to buy your wine. This is why your wine can not be sold but become sour."
宋国有一个酒馆老板，买的酒很好，买卖做得很公平，待人也很热情，但他店里却几乎没有人光顾。
时间一长，储存的酒都变质发酸了。老板为没有人来买酒犯愁，就去请教乡中长者杨倩。
杨倩告诉他说：“你养的狗很凶，人们怕被狗咬伤，都不敢来买酒，这就是酒变酸了也卖不出去的原因。”
