　　The ninth house harbors the bigger things of life. Philosophy, and religion in the realm of mind and spirit, and big business, world travel, and high-pressure gambling⁴ in the flesh. It includes expansion in all fields.

　　The tenth house is the house of business, government, and the hard hand of authority. It is also the Patriarch of the houses, symbolizing⁵ the Father.

　　The eleventh house belongs to friendship, social programs and reforms.

　　The twelfth house is the house of secrets, silence, enemies and isolation⁶.
