China's draft anti-terrorism law will be submitted for discussion at the ongoing¹ 11th session of the Standing² Committee of the 12th National People's Congress. The draft law calls for the establishment of a national anti-terrorism intelligence system and a platform for sharing information across government departments.

正在召开的十二届全国人大常委会第十一次会议将审议《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法(草案)》，草案规定建立国家反恐怖主义情报中心和跨部门情报信息运行机制。

反恐怖主义情报中心即anti-terrorism intelligence system。反恐怖主义法草案对有关工作体制机制责任（measures concerning each department's functions）和安全防范（security precautions）、情报信息（intelligence）、应对处置（emergency management）、国际合作（international cooperation）等手段措施做了规定，同时增设了针对组织、领导及参与恐怖组织的经济惩罚（monetary punishment）。根据该草案，煽动暴力恐怖活动（instigate³ violent terror activities），情节严重者将被判处5年以上监禁。
