Additionally, civil aviation and public security administrations, airports and airlines are asked to enhance their anti-terrorism intelligence capabilities².

此外，民航、公安部门、机场以及航空公司等均要加强反恐情报工作能力。

 

此次修订《民用航空安全保卫条例》（Regulation on Safety and Security of Civil Aviation），将背景调查（background check/investigation）等反恐元素纳入其中，是将部门规章内容升格到国务院条例层面。
