详细解说
❶ “I wonder5…”或“I am/was wondering…”的结构，表示“我想知道……”，用于
礼貌性地向别人发出询问，语气较委婉，例如：I wonder when the two of
you are going to join us.（我想知道你们俩什么时候加入我们。）另外，这个
结构也可以用于礼貌性地请求别人做某事，例如：I was wondering whether19
you'd like to help me prepare20 the party.（我想知道你是否愿意帮我准备这个派
对。）
❷ “wish”后面跟的宾语从句要使用虚拟语气，主要形式有3种：（1）表示对
现在情况的虚拟：wish + 主语 + 动词过去式或were；（2）表示对过去情况
的虚拟：wish + 主语 + had + 过去分词；（3）表示对将来情况的虚拟：wish
+ 主语 + would21 + 动词原形。例如：I wish I were rich.（我希望我现在很富
有。）At times I wish we had never moved house.（有时候我希望我们从来就
没有搬过家。）I wish he would join in with the other children.（我希望他将来
能和其他孩子们玩到一起。）
❸ 在“as”引导的让步状语从句中，需要使用倒装结构。
