An exhibition of Afghan cultural relics1 has opened at the Tsinghua University Art Museum in Beijing.

The exhibition, "
Utensils2 and
Ornaments3 Endlessly Fine: National Treasures from Afghanistan at the Cultural Crossroads of East and West", features 230 relics
unearthed4 from
excavations5 at Tepe Fullol, Ai-Khanum, Tilla Tepe, and Begram Kushan. The relics represent different dynasties and highlight the cultural
integration6 of the region.
The relics were part of an exhibition that opened in Beijing two years ago. They are back on display this month as part of the "
Joint7 Exhibition of Asian Civilizations", which is taking place on the sidelines of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations.
