近日，国务院办公厅转发国家发展改革委等部门《关于加快推进城镇环境基础设施建设的指导意见》，部署加快推进城镇环境基础设施建设。
 

The State Council approved a guideline to accelerate construction of urban and rural environmental infrastructure, according to an official reply released on Feb 9. The guideline was purposed by the National Development and Reform Commission and three other government bodies.
