Chinanews, Xi'an, Jun. 7 – Farmers and archeologists in Baoji, the second largest city in Shaanxi Province, has evacuated1 30 thousand bronze artifacts in recent years, and one third of them being discovered by farmers. These cultural relics2 have provided historians with a good opportunity to study the society change in the ancient feudal3 dynasty.
A special exhibition in horror of those farmers was kicked off on Tuesday in Beijing, and 12 farmers who discovered the cultural relics in Shaanxi participated in the inauguration4 ceremony. Zhou Tianyou, a scholar specialized5 in the history of Qin and Han dynasties (221B.C.-220A.D.), said that plenty of cultural relics have bad discovered in Baoji, and farmers have played a very important role in cultural relics protection. Important sacrificial were made of bronze means in ancient China, which also help to cultivate the thought of Confucius and Qinshihuang, the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty.
