Chinanews, Beijing, July 28 – Nowadays, many Chinese white collars in China are crazy about Zhang Xiaohe, a new online cartoon idol1. Zhang Xiaohe himself is a junior clerk with a cubic head. He works2 extra hours very often; he feel embarrassed in front of pretty girls; and he is always afraid of his boss, just like any guy around us.
“Every time I read his story, I find that it is actually my story,” said Liu, a crazy fan of Zhang Xiaohe. Four young people created Zhang Xiaohe. Now everyone of them is respectively3 responsible for updating Zhang Xiaohe's blogs, painting new comics, offering new ideas, and planning Zhang's future. “Every white collar will find something similar in Zhang, who is the combination4 of office life,” said Lin, the spokesperson of Zhang. “He has their happiness, sadness and even some tiny evil5 intentions.” Everyday Zhang has to cope6 with his totally undependable alarm clock, traffic jam and over-crowded elevator. Thus he has to work very hard to make up for coming to the workplace late. If he doesn't have to work at a weekend, he might even feel a little bit lost. However, when he works extra hours, he might watch TV series he downloaded instead of working. Every night he dreams of “firing” his boss. Zhang's story seems so close to every white collar in China.
