Chinanews, Beijing, January 29 – A 30-min traffic control will be enforced in 64 communities within the 5th Ring Road of Beijing on the Lunar New Year's Eve, according to the information from Beijing municipal government last Thursday.   Most of these 64 communities consist of one-storey houses, and are densely-populated. The traffic control will start at 23:45, February 17, when all the motor vehicles will not be allowed to pass through these communities, thus the residents can set off fireworks to their hearts' content.   However, Beijing municipal government is planning to negotiate with local traffic administration to increase the number of the communities to 100.
