Shanghai, May 16 - The African Development Bank (ADB) Wednesday opened its annual board meetings in Shanghai, which are widely seen as a move to deepen China-Africa cooperation.
Chinese Premier1 Wen Jiabao is scheduled to deliver a speech at the opening ceremony.
