President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation¹ to attend the Dedication² Ceremony of the Afghanistan - Tajikistan Bridge on August 26, 2007.

The Honorable Carlos M. Gutierrez, Secretary of Commerce, will lead the delegation.

The Honorable William B. Wood, United States Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan
