Muscle dysmorphia, also known as "bigorexia", may now be affecting one in 10 men who visit gyms in the UK, according to the Body Dysmorphic Disorder1 Foundation.

It is an anxiety disorder which causes someone to see themselves as small, despite being big and muscular. Workout is their top priority, they would feel depressed2 if they miss one session of fitness training. It is sometimes described as a kind of "reverse anorexia3".
