Hunt and peck¹ (two-fingered typing), also known² as search and peck or Eagle Finger, is a common form of typing, in which the typist presses each key individually. 

Hunt and peck（或者two-fingered typing、search and peck、Eagle Finger）都指一种常见的打字方式，也就是每次单独按一个键的打字方式，即我们俗称的“二指禅”。

 

Instead of relying³ on the memorized position of keys, the typist must find each key by sight. Use of this method may also prevent the typist from being able to see what has been typed without glancing away from the keys. 

打字的时候，打字者因为没有记住键盘上各个字母的位置，只能找到一个键，按一个键。用这种方式打字的时候，打字者光顾着看键盘了，可能无暇关注屏幕上打出来的内容。
