一则骇人听闻的报道：为了得到30万元保险理赔金，吉林桦甸市一对母女设计了一个阴谋，给有自杀倾向的女邻居投保，在连续缴了两年保费后，发现邻居仍活得好好的，她们竟然在其饭菜中投毒，导致邻居家12岁的儿子身亡……

         “保险”应该是大家最为熟悉的经济名词，借助这则新闻，我们可以区分两个“保费”——insurance premium³（投保人向保险公司交的保险费）；insurance compensation（受保人遭遇事故后，保险公司向投保人支付的保险理赔金）。

         报道中，母女两人最初为了得到insurance compensation（保险公司支付的理赔金），就设计为邻居投保，向保险公司交付insurance premium（保费）。但因邻居后来仍好好活着，母女不但得不到insurance compensation（理赔金），还得倒贴insurance premium（保费），由此，才酝酿了这起谋杀事件。
