民间流传这么几句话：同病不同价，能差300倍；问诊不细致，上来就化验……目前我国的药品价格混乱异常，药品虚高定价、打回扣、一药多价等现象屡禁不止。但愿即将出台的《处方管理办法》新规能有效遏制执业医师吃回扣的“恶风”。

    请看《中国日报》相关报道：The new regulation on prescription¹ management will take effect on May 1, to stem the practice of doctors taking kickbacks² from pharmaceutical³ companies by prescribing expensive and unnecessary drugs to patients.

　　The regulation stipulates⁴ that doctors use the generic⁵ names of drugs in their prescriptions⁶ instead of the brand names to avoid commissions.

　　报道说，《处方管理办法》明确规定，医师开处方要使用通用名，这样就切断医务人员和医药生产流通企业之间的直接利益关系。

　　由报道可知，“吃回扣”相应的英文表达为“to take/get/receive kickback”，指“医生因推荐高价药品，从而从病人支付的药品款项中暗中获取相应的酬金。” 说好听一点，kickback（回扣）即commission（佣金）。

　　值得一提的是，“kickback”（回扣）是个俚语，其更为正式的说法是“commission”（就语言色彩而言，“kickback”的贬义色彩更为强烈）。看个例句：He gets a 10% commission on everything he sells.（他会从所卖的任何一件东西中得到10%的佣金。）
