    上面的报道中，The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee就是“中国共产党中央委员会”的英文全称；plenum就是我们要说的“全体会议”或“全会”的英文说法，plenum在英文中的解释是a meeting of a deliberative assembly in which all members are present（决策机构/组织全体成员都出席的会议），它的形容词形式是plenary，那么“第十七届中央委员会第三次全体会议”就是the third Plenum（Plenary Session） of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee。
