　　At its 28th Meeting， the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress decides to add the following provisions to Article 5 of the Measures for Election of Deputies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative² Region of the People's Republic China to the Tenth National People's Congress：

　　The Deputies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to the Ninth National People's Congress who are not participants in the Election Council for Deputies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to the Ninth National People's Congress shall be members of the Election Council for Deputies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to the Tenth National People's Congress.
