Chinanews, Beijing, December 17 – In the past 5 years, 330,000 young Chinese have passed the public servant qualification exams, and started working in government institutions of different levels.

The Ministry¹ of Personnel of China has always guaranteeed that the examinations are held in a fair way, and only those who are totally qualified² will be able to pass them is believed that with more talented young people working in administrative³ offices, China will be able to have a more vigorous and efficient administration.

The Ministry of Personnel has also prepared many training courses for public servants to help improve their ability and work efficiency.
