小饼如嚼月，中有酥与饴！中秋节少不了月饼，自然也少不了各大派系月饼来“掐架”，五仁馅的好吃，还是鲜肉馅的美味，似乎永远是个问题。

As Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, people are looking for their favorite mooncakes with different fillings. Some like sweet ones, while others prefer savory¹.

 

但用老醋做的月饼你吃过吗？中秋将至，山西太原的一款醋味月饼成了爆款，让这个中秋可甜也可酸。

A unique kind of mooncake — filled with mature vinegar — recently attracted followers² in Taiyuan, Shanxi province.

 

这种老醋月饼的馅料，有芝麻、葡萄干、果脯等，馅料和制作都保留了传统晋式月饼的工艺。但老醋月饼的奥妙还在一个“醋”字，加入了手工八年八度的老陈醋，醋香浓郁。

 

虽然有了酸度很高的老陈醋加持，但老醋月饼并没有酸酸的口感。醋的香味中和了糖的甜度，解油解甜解腻，每天能卖出4000多个。

广西结合了本地特产，推出了螺蛳粉口味的特色月饼。切开以后，内里丰富，肉眼可见有酸笋、螺肉、果仁等。螺蛳粉月饼饼皮用墨鱼汁着色，将饼皮做成暗黑色，就是为了把“黑暗料理”的名头坐实。

广州和深圳爱喝茶，奶茶店也多。这款名为“芝士波波奶茶月饼”的月饼，馅料都是奶茶配料，如桃山皮、芝士、雪媚娘皮等，迎合了年轻人的口味。
