如果你不能瞬间想起合适的表达
首先，这些词你可以利用：

"OK…"
"So…"
"Hmmm…"
"Uh-huh"
"Umm…"
对，实在不行…你就嗯嗯呃呃吧…发出一些声音，代表你还在听。
