报价核定但是商务中常见的信函,是贸易的开始。一般交易的达成都要经过讯盘INQUIRY(又称要约邀请INVITATION FOR OFFER)、报盘QUOTATION(又称要约或发盘OFFER)和接受ACCEPTANCE(即订货PLACING ORDER)三个阶段。

 


 
1.询盘

Dear Sirs,

We wish to buy the following items of electronics equipment for our language laboratory. We should be grateful if you would kindly1 quote your lowest rates for these items, giving full particulars and technical details. The quantity we propose to buy is mentioned against each item. Since the processing of the purchase proposal takes quite some time, it would be helpful if you could quote rates which may remain valid2 for at least three months.
