Beijing, Mar1. 18 -- China will continue to improve macro control measures aimed at economic growth not only effective in speed, but also in quality.
According to a report on China's budgets and development, published on Sunday by Xinhua News Agency, China will strive for a moderate growth rate in its economy, limiting the unemployment rate between 4 and 6 percent and further improving the balance of international trade. Efforts will be also made to further develop the country's undertakings2 in the fields of science and education, culture and health. The report said China will continue to adjust its economic structure for better growth. The government will address energy saving and environment protection. It will also further promote reform and self-innovation and spare no efforts to improve the living conditions of its people.
