公安部刑侦局局长杜航伟说，中国为进一步加大对拐卖妇女儿童违法犯罪行为的预防、打击力度，首个国家反拐行动计划——《中国反对拐卖妇女儿童行动计划(2008-2012年)》近日将对外发布。这一行动计划涵盖预防、打击、受害人救助、遣返及康复、国际合作等反拐工作的各个领域。

人口贩卖、拐卖表达为“human trafficking”，打击人口拐卖即“combat human trafficking”或 "crack down on human trafficking"。
