[Topic]Schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

  [Example1]
I of course agree with the topic "Schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers". I will show the following reasons to support to this topic.
In Bangladesh, it is very essencial to should ask student to evaluate their teachers. Because, here a person then bacome a teacher when s/he did not get a suitable job. In this country, no person would not want a school teacher first. When a person finished their graduation from University of college then s/he tries to get a suitable job first, not school teacher. To get suitable job, at first s/he needs sufficient knowledge or experience. When he can not fullfill the suitable job’s requirements then s/he tries to become a school teacher. So, it is matter of fact that when a person could not fullfil the suitable job’s requirement then what he will be learned to the student?
For evaluating the teacher’s knowledge only student can be say that their teachers are knowledgeable1 persons or not. If a teacher has sufficient knowledge to teach the student, he will be accepted by the students. Students need to learn friendly with their teacher. If a teacher does not have well knowledge to take the class, student will not get knowledge from this teacher. Then student will be boring to do the class and they will not be learned something. In this case schools need to evaluate their teacher’s teaching quality.
In conclusion, I would like to say that every schools should ask students to evaluate their teacher. In one side it will be good for student on the other hand will be good for school as well as school’s teaching quality. Then student will be tried to enter to that school.

  [Example2]
Teachers exert an influence on students. To develop the capacity of students, it is necessary to improve usually the quality of teaching . As far as I am concerned, schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers.
Firstly, as the object of education, students should have the right to express their opinions of their teachers. Day by day, students directly receive lessons from their teachers. They know exactly how understandable and attractive the lessons are. No one but they can evaluate the teachers. Furthermore, teaching should satisfy students’ needs of studying. At this point, it is like banking2, health care and other services, where customers’ opinions are always respected. There should be the same equality between the providers and the receivers in education.
Secondly3, asking students to evaluate their teachers would bring many benefits to the schools. It helps to promote teachers’ methods of teaching. Through the evaluations4, teachers find out not only how students think of them but also their way of receiving the lessons. Accordingly, the lessons would be made more vivid, more profound or more humorous. Besides, might be improved the relationship between teachers and students, which is an important factor in teaching. Teachers would gain some insight into the students. And students also believe much more in their teachers, as their opinions are respected. In addition, the quality of the schools will be raised. According to the evaluations, they can change their staffs into the better. Their prestige would be gained, as a result they would attract more and more students.
In conclusion, I would like to affirm that schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers. It is of great advantage not only to the students but also to the schools themselves. I am convinced that it would help to make education better and better。
