The Coming of Light

　　Even this late it happens：

　　the coming of love， the coming of light.

　　You wake and the candles are lit as if by themselves，

　　stars gather， dreams pour into your pillows，

　　sending up warm bouquets² of air.

　　Even this late the bones of the body shine

　　and tomorrow‘s dust flares³ into breath.

　　光的到来

　　纵然这一切姗姗来迟：

　　爱的降临，光的到来。

　　你醒了，烛光仿佛不点自明，

　　星辰汇集，美梦涌入你的枕头里，

　　升起一缕缕温馨的芬芳。

　　纵然来迟，周身的骨骼仍旧光彩熠熠

　　而明日的尘埃闪耀着融入呼吸。
