惠普进入中国3D打印机市场

Tech giant Hewlett-Packard launched two 3D printers in Greater China - the HP Jet Fusion¹ 3D 3200 and the HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 - on June 13, 2017.

HP hopes to provide 3D printing services for the business sector³, focusing on areas including automotive, aviation, consumer electronics and more.

The 3D printers launched by HP can produce nylon parts 10 times faster than selective laser sintering (SLS) machines, and at half the cost.

"HP is committed to help the Chinese manufacturing industry to reduce costs, improve production rates and make tailored products for the 'Made in China 2025' program, which will boost manufacturing innovation and promote home-grown products," said Ramon Pastor⁴, Vice² President and General Manager of HP.

"HP wants to rewrite the rules of 3D printing by its Multi Jet Fusion technology by adding more material suppliers into the chain to provide more economical 3D printing materials to customers," said Pastor.
